Architectural Control Form (ACF)
Not all changes require an architectural control form but certain ones do. Here's some general guidelines for what's required to be approved before starting your project.
An Architectural Control form is required for:
* All new construction including sheds (may require building permit)
* Room additions (may require building permit)
* Siding of a different color
* Above-ground swimming pools exceeding a height of 3’ (requires yard to be fenced)
* In-ground swimming pools (requires yard to be fenced)
* Landscaping that changes the water “runoff” or drainage flow
* Extending or expansion of driveways or sidewalks
* New driveway, sidewalk, or patio construction
* Any change in color of the exterior base and/or trim
* All fences (may require a boundary survey)
