Board Meeting Schedule
All scheduled VOJ Board Meetings are held the first Monday in every month, except for December, when no meeting is scheduled. If a regularly scheduled Board meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting is moved to the next available date. Board meetings may be held open or closed to the public at the board's discretion.

ANNUAL MEETING INFORMATION
The Resident's Association Annual Meeting is held the first Saturday in June of every year at 10:00 AM as specified in the Book of Indentures. The location changes from year to year based on availability, weather conditions, etc., so for up-to-date information please see contact info.
Below are the rules governing participation. Your cooperation is requested and appreciated. Abusive language or any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated of anyone and offending parties will be requested to leave, accompanied by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department if necessary.
