Road Repairs
Added road improvements were recently made to Wayles Drive and Shelton Ct. as another planned phase in resurfacing our streets. Pioneer Paving was selected once again as they've consistently proven themselves to not only be competitive in pricing but also in the quality of work. Additionally they've gone above and beyond by providing added value other paving companies wanted to charge extra. Thanks to them and crew for completing another stretch in almost 6 miles of roads!

Your annual assessment pays for this and also the costs for street lighting, 47 acres of common ground maintenance, playgrounds, winter snow removal and all other aspects of daily living in our community at a cost of only .80¢ a day! Please make sure you pay your assessment when due to continue receiving these services.

New Maintenance Man Doing Great job!
The recently hired maintenance position was filled by Kevin Charleville who is doing a great job maintaining our subdivision grounds. He's already completed a number of long standing tasks but does even more than asked. He's been seen collecting litter along our streets and even removing trash from the common grounds! Kevin brings a high level of self-motivation and professional skills to the job and even though he doesn't live within our community, still shows personal care about each and every repair. Next time you see him working to keep things nice for us, give him a honk of your horn along with a thumbs up just to let him know you appreciate all he's doing.
