The 2021 Christmas Lights display contest winners are here!!!
Thank you to all who participated this year. Below are the winners from each Plat.
2020 VOJ Road Repairs
Added road improvements were made to a long stretch of Fairfax Drive, from where Fairfax meets Hanover down to Monticello, and also the length of Williamsburg as another planned phase in resurfacing our streets. In addition, quite a few potholes were fixed throughout the Village. Pioneer Paving was selected once again as they've consistently proven themselves to not only be competitive in pricing but also in the quality of work. Additionally they've gone above and beyond by providing added value other paving companies wanted to charge extra for. Thanks to Pioneer Paving and crew for completing this latest stretch of roads!
Your annual assessment pays for this and also the costs for street lighting, 47 acres of common ground maintenance, playgrounds, winter snow removal and all other aspects of daily living in our community at a cost of only .80¢ a day! Please make sure you pay your assessment when due to continue receiving these services.

VOJ Block Party 2019
held July 13, 2019 at Upper Park
The Village of Jefferson Residents Association held their Block Party on July 13th, the weather was hot but that didn’t stop residents from coming out. We had a petting zoo and pony rides, face painting, Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department with their K9 Dog and Swat Truck, a DJ providing rock, county and modern tunes and a Buti Yoga presentation. We had our local Boy Scout Troop #416 selling dogs, brats and burgers, with Kona Ice showing up around 5:00 to cool attendees down and we had Sweet Design selling some tasty treats. If you didn’t mind getting wet we had over 600 balloons for everyone to engage in some water activity. When nightfall arrived we announced winners of the raffles and attendance prizes and completed the day with a firework display.
Thank you to the Board of Directors for all their participation for this event along with the following vendor attendees: Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department, Boy Scout Troop #416, Full Moon Petting Zoo, Kona Ice, Sweet Design, Mike Brouck-DJ, Annie Melber-Buti Yoga, Sophie Spaid-face painting and Stephanie Kullorn-resident-Berkshire Hathaway Agent.
