2021 VOJ Road Repairs
Added road improvements to Adams Court, Dandridge Lane from Adams Court to Monticello Drive, Randolph Drive from Dandridge Drive north to the end of Randolph Drive, and also the Cul-de-sac at the end of Williamsburg Drive as another planned phase in resurfacing our streets. In addition, numerous potholes were again filled throughout the Village of Jefferson side roads as part of our annual maintenance to remedy post-winter damage. However, as you know, Monticello Drive is now maintained by the Jefferson County Public Works Dept. They are responsible for and have been filling potholes as well as maintaining the center striping, and snow plowing on Monticello Drive. If you see any road issues with Monticello Drive, please call them at (636) 797-5340, e-mail them at [email protected], or visit their website at https://www.jeffcomo.org/550/Service-Requests. For our roads, Pioneer Paving was selected once again as they've consistently proven themselves to not only be competitive in pricing but also in the quality of work. Additionally they've gone above and beyond by providing added value other paving companies wanted to charge extra for. Thanks to Pioneer Paving and crew for completing this latest stretch of roads!
Your annual assessment pays for this and also the costs for street lighting, 47 acres of common ground maintenance, playgrounds, winter snow removal and all other aspects of daily living in our community at a cost of only .80¢ a day! Please make sure you pay your assessment when due to continue receiving these services.

Maintenance Man Doing Great job!
Kevin Charleville is doing a great job maintaining our subdivision grounds. He's already completed a number of long standing tasks but does even more than asked. He's been seen collecting litter along our streets and even removing trash from the common grounds! Kevin brings a high level of self-motivation and professional skills to the job and even though he doesn't live within our community, still shows personal care about each and every repair. Next time you see him working to keep things nice for us, give him a honk of your horn along with a thumbs up just to let him know you appreciate all he's doing.
