Some irresponsible resident's discarded wooden gate.

Another brush pile tossed over the fence. Does this resident really think this pile will just somehow magically go away on it's own?
Picture
Yet another Christmas tree improperly disposed by an uncaring resident. Note the barbeque grill, pulled up and thrown in the creek. These grills were once placed throughout the grove area (set in concrete) for resident's use and enjoyment but repeatedly vandalized to the point of extinction.

Off roaders continue to be a big problem in our subdivision. These irresponsible people tear up the common ground that every homeowner enjoys and pays maintenance on. How selfish and inconsiderate of your neighbors can some people be?
Picture
Wonder what happens to the good ideas supported by caring residents? They get torn up and thrown in the creek by vandals and irresponsible residents.
Picture
This brushpile is almost 3 feet high from years of one resident's irresponsible behavior. We all pay to clean up this lazy resident's yard waste.

Can you spot the discarded fire extinguisher in this picture? Yes, a fire extinguisher. Nice!

Off-road use on any village property is forbidden (signs are posted) but some people don't have enough respect for where they live to get it. Document violators with photos or video to aid in prosecution and restitution.
Most residents in the Village respect where they live and want a nice neighborhood for themselves and their families but as you can see, others just don't get it and purposefully blight our community with their careless, inconsiderate and irresponsible behavior. This will not be tolerated. You can help by reporting violations to the Administrator or any Board Member. In 2013, we are stepping up enforcement against these residents and will be bringing legal action where necessary. Let's keep the Village a clean, safe and peaceful community we can all enjoy and benefit from. One person can ruin it for many but it only takes one person to keep it from happening in the first place.
Please help make the Village a better place to live - keep all common grounds clean, safe and litter free.
