Placing a topic on the Agenda of Official Business
If you have something you want the Board of Directors to address in their formal meeting agenda, you must contact one of the Plat Directors or the Administrator one week prior to the following Monday night meeting. This allows us time to review your issue and hopefully have an answer for you.
No topics will be heard unless it is first placed on the formal meeting agenda. This is to ensure all official business is properly addressed first, which if your issue is on the agenda, it will be heard.
Issues involving "neighbor to neighbor" conflicts will not be allowed on the agenda or discussed.
